| Description | (P/F OF MS GRILL AND OTHER ALLIED WORKS AT LAKE VIEW PARK (PAHSE-II), ISLAMABAD). The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites sealed bids under single stage two envelop procedure from firms registered with PEC having valid registration certificate for the year 2023-24 in Category C-5 and above with relevant codes as also mentioned in the bidding documents who can prove their eligibility and qualification as mentioned in the bidding documents for the captioned project. Interested firms/ Contractors can purchased the bidding documents from the office of Dy. Director Landscape, Environment Directorate of Technical, CDA located at Mehran Gate no.1, Fatima Jinnah Park, Islamabad upon submission of application along with Pay order amounting to Rs.10,000/- non-refundable being cost of the bidding documents during office hours before 27-03-2024. The detail terms & conditions are included in the bidding documents. The bidders are required to submit two sealed envelopes simultaneously (one containing the Technical proposal and the other financial/ price bid) enclosed together in and outer single envelop. The technical bids without call deposit shall not be considered. The Bids shall be submitted in the office of Director Technical, Environment Wing, CDA on 01-04-2024 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 12:00 Noon. 2. The Financial/ price bids shall remain sealed and will be in the custody of CDA until evaluation of technical bids. However time for opening of financial bids of qualified bidders will be intimated accordingly. 3. The firms providing unsubstantiated and or incorrect information are liable to legal action and disqualification. 4. The CDA reserves the rights to reject all the application as per PPRA rules.
